Building an Off the Grid Solar Cabin #Shorts
This is a video documenting the process of building an off-the-grid cabin located over a mile from the nearest road. Basic carpentry skills are needed, but photos document how most of this was accomplished. The cabin's sole source of power is solar. The cost of this build was about $15,000 but there was no labor charges as it was self-built. There is an outhouse that built to facilitate this cabin and that video can be seen @Michigan_Backwoods

This video was taken on April 18th at 7:14pm from a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan from St. Joseph, Michigan, looking Westerly toward Chicago.
